Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all services provided by CORE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")

Article 2 (Membership Registration)

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
In the case of corporate or professional members, submission of relevant qualifications or corporate information is required.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following acts are strictly prohibited:

- Registering false or misleading information

- Using the service for business solicitation or advertising purposes

- Infringement of third-party rights

- Defamation, discriminatory expressions, political or religious activities

Article 4 (Service Changes or Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend services without prior notice due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or legal revisions.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall bear no responsibility for disputes between members, data loss, or other issues unless caused by intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 6 (Withdrawal)

Members may cancel their membership at any time. The Company reserves the right to revoke membership in the event of a violation of these terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court.
